Malayalam Bollywood actress Kavya Madhavan is rumored to have been in a blue film created by an Indian self-proclaimed Swamia from the Kerala region of India.
The Swami allegedly drugged and filmed several popular TV and Bollywood actresses in what is called the "Blue Film Scandal". The swami was a management graduate and was arrested by police for allegations made by several Bollywood actresses. Madhavan's name came up during the investigation, but the extent of her involvement is unknown.

Madhavan entered cinema acting as a child in the late 1980s.
